Conditions for reimbursement

  • We use a return policy of 14 days, this means that you are not completely satisfied with your product 14 days after receipt, after those 14 days you are unfortunately too late and you can no longer return.
  • To return your purchase, your item must be in the same condition and in the original packaging.
  • Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

How do I start a return shipment?

To start a return shipment, please contact us:

Send us an e-mail in which you explain why you want to return your product and your proof of purchase. If your return shipment is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where you should send your package.

If we have received the product back in original condition including box, you will receive the amount paid in your account within 2 working days. The shipping costs of the product to be returned are not covered by us.

Damage and problems

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / non-retrospable items

Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Contact us if you have questions or comments about your specific article.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return shipments of sale items or gift vouchers.


The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is by returning the item you have and once the return shipment has been accepted, making a separate purchase for the new item.


We will let you know as soon as we have received and inspected your return shipment, and let you know whether the reimbursement has been approved or not. Upon approval you will be reimbursed automatically via your original payment method. Keep in mind that it can take a while before your bank or credit card company has processed and booked the reimbursement.
