You have received your product (s), but it is not entirely what you expected? No problem! You can easily return your order within 14 days of receipt.

These are the conditions of our return policy:

• We use a return policy of 14 days, this means that you are not completely satisfied with your product 14 days after receipt, after those 14 days you are unfortunately too late and you can no longer return.
• To return your purchase, your item must be in the same condition and in the original packaging.
• Custom made products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
